[RE-SCHEDULE] FALL 2019 OVERSEAS EXCHANGE-OUT INFORMATION SESSION

Due to an unexpected change, the Fall 2019 Overseas Exchange-out information session on 15 Nov will be re-scheduled for 27 November 2018, 6:00 – 7:30pm, LTA. If you are interested in exchange, please mark this change in your calendar and remember to attend.

In additional to the Information Session, students can also drop in for advising sessions on 4 Dec, 2018 (10am-12pm), 20 Dec, 2018 (10am-12pm), and 3 Jan, 2019 (2-4pm) to get more exchange information or guidance on the application. Please feel free to email bmugexch@ust.hk if you have questions.

Do you want to gain some international exposure? Then you will be excited to know that the application for exchange is about to begin!

If you are currently a SBM student in year-2 and year 3 or a Dual-Degree student in year-3 and year 4and interested in going on exchange in the Fall 2019 semester, it’s time to start preparing by attending the Information Session held on:

Fall 2019 EXCHANGE INFORMATION SESSION

This session will introduce the below new exchange partners. All are renowned institutions situated in unique locations, and are highly ranked in their own country offering a variety of English courses:

University of Toronto , Canada

London School of Economics and Political Science, UK

University of Notre Dame, USA

In addition, the session will include details on the selection criteria, updated language requirements, application requirements, and a demo on the application system. We will also cover our exchange policies and individual exchange partners, as well as provide details on exchange scholarships and financial support schemes.  A student sharing session has also been arranged and our exchange advisors will conduct a Q&A period at the end.  

Students interested in exchange are to pay attention to the English requirements, particularly for our UK partners and several USA partners at this link. Students intending to apply for any institution that requires English scores listed at this link, should sit IMMEDIATELY for IELTS (recommended for UK and Trinity College Dublin) or TOEFL (recommended for USA schools in the list) in order to submit a score report before the deadline of the Exchange application on 4 Jan 2019, 23:59.  

This session is essential to attend if you are interested in applying for exchange. Thus, please remember to mark your calendars. See you at the event!
