Fall 2019 EXCHANGE -- Application Opening and New Partners

 

For SBM students in year 2 and year 3 or DD students in year 3 and year 4 who are interested in Fall 2019 exchange, we would like to announce the opening of the application on 03 Dec 2018, at 2pm at the below link:

This is an online application system. For instructions, refer to the Application Guide. For technical errors, email bmugexch@ust.hk. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted online and the declaration digitally signed by the deadline of 04 Jan 2019, at 11:59:59pm. Incomplete applications will not be considered and applicants are recommended to submit their completed applications early to avoid technical problems.

 

The system does not accept special characters ( -, &, *, #, @). If you intend to input data in bullet form, please use numerical numbers such as 1, 2, 3 instead.  

 

The online application will have a section on English Requirements with 3 choices. To clarify:

  • No: I have NOT taken IELTS/TOEFL – select this option if you will not choose any schools with English requirements.
  • No: I will be taking IELTS/TOEFL in the future – select this option if you are taking the test on or before 04 Jan 2019. Exams taken after this deadline will not be accepted.
  • Yes: I have taken IELTS/TOEFL – select this option if you have test score which is valid for at least 8 months after the application deadline.

 

Applicants who selected the second option will be contacted by our exchange team with further instructions to submit the test scores.

 

We would also like to highlight 3 new partner universities in our Exchange Program:

 

1)     University of Toronto

       Founded in 1827. One of the world’s top research-intensive universities.

2)      London School of Economics and Political Science, U.K

Founded in 1895. Highly ranked in the UK and globally.

3)     University of Notre Dame, USA

Founded in 1842. One of the top universities in the world, especially its undergraduate education.

 

Universities which have no quota for Fall 2019 will not appear in the online application. For the most accurate and updated information on the Application, English requirements, quotas of our 136 partners, please refer to our SBM exchange website:

 

Applicants should well note in advance that the exchange interview arrangements will be held starting mid or end January and in first few days of School BEFORE Chinese New Year.

 

Students can also drop in for advising sessions on 4 Dec (10am-12pm), 20 Dec (10am-12pm), and 3 Jan (2-4pm) to get more exchange information or guidance on the application.
