Students admitted in 2015/16 declared their first major by the third term in Fall 2016. Those admitted to BBA programs may apply for a second major if eligible. Details are listed below:

1. Must already have a first major. GBM students are not eligible;
2. CGA: 2.3 or above;
3. Passed or have credit transfer for the following business core courses at the application term, including ACCT2010, ACCT2200, ECON2103/2113, ECON2123, FINA2303, ISOM2010, ISOM2500, ISOM2700, MARK2120, MGMT2110, SBMT/MGMT2010, MATH1003/1012/1013/1020/1023;
4. Students who are at the end of Year 2 are eligible to apply.

1. Credits transferred for the corresponding required courses are considered meeting the requirements.
2. Students without the corresponding major foundation course grade at HKUST will be assessed based on selected course performance and CV profile, in some situation interview may be considered.
3. BCGA includes the following courses: ACCT 2010, ECON 2103/2113, ECON 2123, FINA 2303, ISOM 2010, ISOM 2500, ISOM 2700, MARK 2120, MGMT 2110 and SBMT 2010.
