As part of many selection processes for graduate positions in consulting industry, organizations use assessment centers to screen candidates. Knowing what employers look for in these assessment centers is the key to landing on your dream job. 


In this workshop, you will learn how to perform well in the very commonly used case study session as well as learning about the way in which employers assess behaviour working in groups.  The workshop is highly interactive.

About the Speakers

Ms. Grace Siu (Senior Learning & Development Trainer, Career Center, HKUST) 

Trained Results Coach
Certified Administrator, STRONG Test Inventory
Certified Practitioner, Lumina Spark

Grace is the lead instructor of many career development programs which are extraordinarily popular. Her career goal is to help achieve yours. She has a great passion for helping and inspiring students to become who they are.

Her corporate background including over 18 years human resources and business management experience. Started as Executive Trainee in Hong Kong, she had progressed to Senior Human Resources Manager and later to the Head of Operations
of a container terminal in China.

Grace has an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Linguistics and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management. She is also a Trained Results Coach specializing in life and career coaching, and career
column advisor for CosmoGirl! and Cosmo Campus magazines.


Mr. Andy Ng

With over 20 years of work experience Andy Ng serviced a couple of well-known international banks holding key management roles mainly in investment banking business.  He also held directorship in companies listed in the Hong Kong Exchange and is now an investment manager of a private investment fund and one of the co-founders of a charitable organisation focusing on poverty.
