Wine Tasting and Networking Skill Workshop [Feb 13]

Do you want to know more about wine and the key styles of wines?
Do you want to learn more about basic wine tasting technique?
Do you want learn the tips of building network in social events?

Apart from great enjoyment, food and wine is also an important social skill, especially in business setting. This event is designed to enable students with basic wine tasting technique and knowledge for reapplication in daily life. It is also a great opportunity for students to explore their interest in wine and related industries.

During the workshop, basic knowledge of wine tasting will be taught by Mr. Denman Chan, Associate Wine Judge of HK Wine Judge Association & International Wine Challenge.

About the speaker:
Denman Chan, FWS
Denman is a HKUST alumni – BBA(MGMT&OM) Class 2011. Apart from his career in Procter & Gamble as Customer Team Director, Denman is a passionate wine connoisseur who has completed WSET Level 3 Certificate with Distinction and French Wine Scholar. He is now pursuing WSET Level 4 Diploma qualification in Hong Kong.
