Speaker’s Bio:

Rizwan is an experienced business professional with over 20 years of experience in HR and Finance. He is a seasoned leader with having spent over 13 years in financial institutions, providing core HR business partnership. HIs experience with Standard Chartered Bank spans across multiple geographies including Greater China North Asia, Singapore & Pakistan with various key roles as Global Head HR for SME business, Head People & Organization for the Financial Crime Risk Mitigation Programme.

In his current role, he is responsible for driving the People Agenda for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Brand & Marketing and Corporate Affairs, across the Greater China North Asia and Hong Kong as well as helping the business achieves its strategic priorities across the country & region.
